Almost the moment one of Pam Sessions’ Hedgewood properties became available to purchase, the stars aligned and I could see how STAY127 could finally come to fruition. 

My formerly thwarted plans for Costa Rica and North Captiva  could now be held in queue because this stunning ‘city lights’ home was being delivered to me on a silver platter. 

“I could just pinch myself”. . . I said over and over as I signed the purchase and sale agreement.  

But let me go back a little over 3 years ago, when we had the distinct pleasure of enjoying a long term stay not in one, but two of Pam Sessions’ Manchester properties. She was as delightful in person as her incredible spaces, and her attention to detail unparalleled.

Then a year later, when I began to manifest my ideas for creating STAY127, it was Pam Sessions’ designs that I held in my mind’s eye. I even —unknowingly —put the floor plan of this exact townhouse (no.2057 that I now own) in my initial 2021 business plan for the North Captiva treehouse. 

Crazy, right? 

I’m a bonafide fan of the extraordinary business both Pam and her husband have created and continue to grow throughout the landscapes of Georgia.

Her passion for craftsmanship —everything from the curved mouldings adorning each doorway, to the custom rockstar light fixtures, to the sublime layers of fabrics and wallpapers — resonates deeply with me. 

And today I’m so humbled and honored to own one of her properties and now share it as our flagship STAY127 property with you. ✧
